Welcome to the UL Review, the quarterly newsletter that will inform you on industry best practices, educational opportunities, and best of all, the latest and greatest going on here at UnitedLayer.
This being said, we have been growing in all areas of the organization and look forward to your continued success. In order to meet the challenges of maintaining and enhancing the level of support that you have come to expect from us, we are providing more tools and visibility into our services. We know this will create a better experience for everyone involved on both sides of the equation. Some of our latest changes include:
- If you haven't noticed already, we recently updated our website located at www.unitedlayer.com.
Please check it out and give us your feedback as we will be making regular
updates and enhancements over the next few weeks.
- On the customer support front, when a ticket is submitted, please notice
that we now place the contact information for the person responsible for that
ticket in the message footer. This assures that you have a direct line should
you have questions on ticket status or progress.
- In our data center, we are continually working to maintain uptime and service levels. One of the first steps is installing APC 7900 series PDUs in all managed services cabinets. If you are not a managed services client, we cannot stress enough the advantages to having these installed in your cabinet(s) and would be happy to speak with you about why/how to go about making such a switch.
