Mr. Phanse is the Managing Partner of Accelon Capital. He has over 18 years of experience in delivering leading edge networking and data center infrastructure technologies to the market. Previously, Mr. Phanse was the CEO and Co-Founder of Scintera, a Silicon Valley technology company, which provides high-speed signal processors for solving networking infrastructure bottlenecks. Prior to founding Scintera, he held senior management positions at National Semiconductor where he developed many core Ethernet technologies.
