This trademark is protected under applicable intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of UnitedLayer. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent from UnitedLayer. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND OTHER ITEMS MADE AVAILABLE BY UNITEDLAYER ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

UNITEDLAYER ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY:

  • ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF DATA OR INFORMATION POSTED, DISPLAYED, PUBLISHED, OR MADE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD OR USE ON THE SITE.
  • PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SITE.
  • INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE.
  • DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY NOT UNDER UNITEDLAYER’s CONTROL.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNITEDLAYER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF UNITEDLAYER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL UNITEDLAYER’s TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, IF ANY.

10. Responsibility of End Users

You are solely responsible for your use of the Site and the content you access, post, or submit. You must ensure that your activities on the Site are in compliance with these Terms, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. UnitedLayer is not responsible for any third-party content that you may access or use through the Site.

f.) The following statement: “I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law”

g.) The following statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed”

h.) Your physical or electronic signature.


For counter-notifications, please provide the following information:


a.) A description of the material removed or disabled.

b.) Your contact details and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.

c.) A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

This right to suspend or terminate your access applies even if the breach is unintentional or without your authorization, if UnitedLayer believes that such action is necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws or to protect the rights, safety, privacy, security, or property of UnitedLayer, its customers, or third parties. UnitedLayer reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violations of these Terms or misuse of the Site. UnitedLayer has the sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, or remove any content that it finds to be in violation of these Terms.

b.) UnitedLayer may also report any activity it suspects violates applicable laws or regulations to law enforcement authorities, regulators, or other relevant third parties, which may include disclosing appropriate customer data. Additionally, UnitedLayer may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, or other appropriate parties in the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct.
