Amar is a business and customer-centric technology management leader and strategist, with 20+ years of experience in leading, building, and transforming large cross-functional geographically distributed technology operations teams for leading financial institutions and technology companies with an ability, influence the mindset and culture, to keenly listen and address core issues, astute decision-making skills and the confidence to execute and deliver.

Amar started his career as a network engineer designing and deploying secure networks in the banking sector and has since played signifiant operations leadership roles in HSBC, GoldmanSachs, Fidelity, and Mastercard. He most recently ran global operations for Sungaard’s disaster recovery services. Amar is passionate about technology and operations, customer satisfaction, team building, strong collaboration and effective communication.
